Meet The Chef

A New Jersey native, Chef Joanna Fotch's culinary career has taken her from coast to coast.  After formal training at the Academy of Culinary Arts in May's Landing, New Jersey, she launched her career at the Owl Tree on Long Beach Island. She then went on to Sous Chef at local favorite and nationally acclaimed Beach Bistro on Anna Maria Island for many years. After getting married and relocating to Silicon Valley, CA her culinary journey took her to Marche of Menlo Park.  Now that she's back on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast, she launched her own meal prep and private chef business, Jo's To Go's. Catering to families looking to spend less time in the kitchen, and more time with each other has been her niche. Her skills & creativity continue to delight clients and save time for busy working families and professionals.
